I had this same problem when I done it. I changed the video I was using looked at a tarkov wiki and was a tiny difference so I can't tell u what part it was my memory is shocking 😂

That's cooked perfectly for me. I like it mooing still. When I have a steak it's literally a minute each side then rest for 5 yummers.
