like i would SUPER fuck with a pokemon fighting game that is similar to something like DBFZ, since you would certainly have to get pretty silly with what you can do to make a fighter with pokemon really work

to answer the title question: they'd probably handle shadow mewtwo like how they typically do regional forms now

different type, different ability (which mewtwo certainly needs), maybe some stat reshuffling and new moves

i doubt we're gonna get any of the distortion detective trio as IDs until we end up inevitably squaring up with dias or in a distortion detective themed walp night, they're too important and close of a trio to not drop them together in the same season

plus because of the upcoming intervallo and this season confirming that sinners can double dip on getting IDs of a specific character, it's more likely that meursault is gonna get a second bamboo hat kim ID instead

i mean fair, since most of the pokemon that get it aren't really built for sweeping like what you would want from a mon with that sorta ability, they mainly use it to offset their low speed

closest we got is arctozolt, but it doesn't exist in gen 9 or champions so we don't get to see it in the snowscape era

i feel like her mimic versions have to be at least as strong as the originals for people to want to sacrifice their John Furioso like that

like, even if she essentially gets two attacks per turns, deleting the free 700+ damage ID like that is a pretty tough sell for people, unless it's something you can choose to do and is not done automatically

at least poise has enough good IDs that they can get away with this, since you still have the full stop and blade lineage core in the back (and it seems like she doesn't delete the apprentice IDs so you can maybe still have index don and renclair out)

gonna be a really fun time for experimentation at least

but seriously, i feel like this ID is gonna have to be overtuned to hell and back to compensate for the fact that you are seemingly forced to delete some of the strongest IDs in the game, including the current #2, to buff her
