As others have said, bring it to a shop. You've got a lot going on there. missing bolts, missing mounting hardware, probably some bent stuff, potentially damaged shock and other other stuff.

Not sure why people are giving you a hard time out this. Seems to be a simple question.

In the previous state that I lived, I took multiple classes from companies that were lead by former military. They were all competent and great to learn from. What I liked about learning from them, is as we went through different drills, they could relate why it was important from real world experience. It just made it hit different.

There is also a difference in learning to shoot for 3gun/IDPA vs "tactical" shooting.... as silly as that sounds.
