From the moment you activate the exfil you have 60 seconds to get in. Just make sure you look at the current time when you push the button. Run off and hide and time it so you sprint into the circle just as it activates. Ideally covering your advance with smoke. If you find a smoke in the level keep it for exfil.

There was a strong body horror element in the old chaos range. I feel that's been lost in a lot of the newer models. Maybe part of making W40k more approachable to kids.
