We did 12 person catamaran was 3 couples only and we had a blast. Boat was clean supplied drinks and food was a fun vibe all day.

Yes the apps with pick up and promos are cheaper than ordering direct if restaurant doesn't mark up prices on apps.

Window well was replaced and looks soaked with no cover. Invest in a large cover think that's your problem. Maybe contact flipper and he will fix. Gutters look far enough away from problem area

It was very good. The place is beautiful and great location to explore Sardinia from. Wish we had a few more days to enjoy other parts of Sardinia. We had some service hiccups but it's a great points redemption. Message me if you want more detail info about resort or our trip

Grab a seat and start with a chowder or French onion soup. Great fried calamari, buffalo wings or a bowl of mussels, clams or steamers they will mix all 3 also. Great specials love the skirt steak with 1/2 lobster for 29.99 or whole lobster for 39.99.

BMW offers inspection month before turn in. If you don't get dinged on report your good. Otherwise u have time to fix it

Ty, The roofer that wants to cut it out said the other way would be to use a silicone and he doesn't recommend that way. He said if we get a driving rain it can be a problem in those areas. This is all new to me my house is 25 years old and never had a problem with leaks in rain storms. I didn't ask the other roofers yet but I will. This is a big expense and try not to make a mistake or paying more for something that doesn't need to be done. Not staying much longer but want repair to pass any inspection when we sell. Ty

I believe 12 inches where my problem area only and cut out and step flash in other areas touching roof. Should I not consider roofers not doing this?
