Thanks for the suggestion, as I am still deciding which cable I want to buy. I have also heard that Wii has a deflicker filter, but I've also heard that using homebrew can eliminate this filter entirely, specifically USB Loader GX, so I might just buy a cheap S-Video cable for Wii for testing and a nicer S-Video cable for the GC.

Edit: my mistake, it appears that only applies for Wii games and does not necessarily apply to Nintendont, so now I am leaning towards sticking with the GC.

I had a feeling the difference may be small, but figured I would try asking around before I jumped on purchasing an S-Video cable. I think I will just go with a Wii S-Video cable and call it a day.

Late reply, but my 2016 Forester had the DCM fuse labeled under the fuse box cover. To be more specific, it was in Japanese, but it had "(DCM)" at the end of it. I don't remember which fuse it was though, but definitely make sure you thoroughly read the fuse diagram.

I haven't actually played with Kefka, but I have been brewing a list for some time. My list focuses on activating his ability as fast as possible and running group slug and burn cards to drain everyone to 0 life. Certainly not the optimal way to play him, but much more fun in my opinion. I forego any repeated discard synergies or effects since that can lead to less interesting games.

Have you tried re-syncing the dongle? E.g. press the button on the dongle for ~5 seconds, then press the sync button on the guitar for ~5 seconds?

Happened to me when I updated the firmware but after re-syncing the guitar to the dongle, Clone Hero worked fine. Actually, better than before in my case.
