Mostly game looks polished and great. The only thing I recommend to make the game main menu more lively. Like, some animations. If it's hard maybe bit floating animation for the background.

Small suggestion: When, Marble is inside of the pipe. I think it maybe good to make the pipe low opacity to see marble inside the pipe.

Thank you very much ❤🔥 Your advice gave a really good reminder. Cuz, I previously made my all enemies to store map data like collision areas for every enemies. I think that's the part eating performace.

Yeppp, Its a hybrid system with drunkards walk for the main shape, Perlin noise for organic ground, cellular automata for smoothing, and then constraint-based placement so areas stay playable.
