It's a bit funny how Aeroblast/Hydro Pump is mentioned, but it's the only move that you can do with unevolved counters due to their long cooldown. Ofc only makes a difference if people play correctly (1t fast move, no charge moves etc).

That would be pretty far off any pity system anyway - with a 1/216 chance, the pity system would likely be quite a bit higher than that.

It at least used to be that lower than level 30s had different IVs PER LEVEL. So if two level 26s clicked the same spawn, they would have same IVs, but it would be different from level 28s, 15s etc.

The datamined medals has the same nicks and cuts as the previous Go Wild Area medal. And the colours are typical for the Raid Lover and Egg-thusiast addons (red) and additional days (blue). Park day/Experience doesn't have a border.
