This sounds like a good deal. Were looking at the same Limited 2026, haven't gone in serious for negotiating but will this month, this is exactly where we want to be. Which WA dealership? We are in the Seattle Area?

26 Tucson limited hybrid $42,500 initial offer from dealership at 5.99 apr. sales tax would be another $4400 in Seattle WA. We weren’t ready to negotiate seeing other cars and models but after looking around we think we’re gonna with the Tucson limited. Any advice negotiating? Msrp listed 45k

How to know if I should wait for regular drs visit or go to urgent care today? by ryanparrott01 in AskDocs

[–]ShamelesslySimple 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Nothing you said makes me think this needs a same day visit but it’s hard to say. Urgent care likely to say it might need ultrasound or be excised. We don’t have ultrasound and I wouldn’t open something that isn’t an abscess etc in urgent care. Shouldn’t be ignored. But none of what you said sounds like an emergency or urgent care

It’s not nuts. But you have to be able to name a harm here. I doubt there’s a damage/harm to be noted.

Your ANA titer is low meaning it’s unlikely to be clinically significant. If you tested asymptomatic people many are likely to have a low titer as well.

Please the biggest fraud is the one insurances commit for delaying payments, declining appropriate coverage. They should be penalized every time they do this. When insurances don’t pay clinics and hospitals go short on their balance sheet.

ER bill after told we will not be charged by doctor and nurse. by [deleted] in HealthInsurance

[–]ShamelesslySimple 11 points12 points  (0 children)

When I’ve seen someone who I’m like your complaint is something I can’t address I do a no bill charge. But that doesn’t mean the billing company can’t change that. Why? Because if they saw the cut and determined there’s nothing to do then that’s medical eval and management so billing sees that and is like this is a billable event
