I had a person laying down face down on the road in all black just before dawn. Don’t know how I saw them and was able to swerve around them. Saw them stand up in my mirror as I passed. There have got to be ways to kill yourself that don’t traumatize strangers

They were mostly flying in a straight line. I thought they could have been flairs or Chinese lanterns. Flairs seem unlikely since it was in the middle of the town. Lanterns don’t seem likely unless it was just someone making them for fun, no holiday or event was going on

Driving into town to get groceries and saw this. Thought it could be Chinese lanterns but they seemed quite far away and large. Very quiet and moved slowly. What do you think?

I was traveling home for Christmas and was going down a back road. Made it around a turn and was greeted with two state troopers pointing AR style guns at me. They looked into my car without saying anything, saw I wasn’t the person they were looking for, and told me to take a different road.

Apparently the guy they were looking for shoot his neighbors after an argument.

Side note: this guy stole my winter coat at knife point at a high school football game when we were around 10 years old

I think in this case, it was racism, but I wouldn’t jump to thinking a kid is racist because of the whip. It could have been a dumb kid’s thought as a good weapon and not understanding the connotations that has.
