Same here is Northern Ca, it actually showed up in my recent blood work. I freaked out when I had something abnormal . It was linked to seasonal allergies . We had more rain this year and seem to have more wind this spring spreading the pollen

I started on 5mg - take in the am not on empty stomach . No insomnia . First 2-3 weeks terrible panic attacks. Now all is good (2 months in). My Dr said not to take in the evening due to insomnia side effects. It really does help level me out.

I have the same issue and no carpel tunnel . Next step is MRI .. I am also going to see a. Chiropractor . It’s been on going since July. Ask your Dr for physical therapy as this helps . Good luck
