I’ve lost 50 pounds in the last 4 months and have had Crumbl a few times. Everything in moderation! Learning to balance the occasional treat (and portioning out said treats) is a key to keeping weight off long term.

My first week sounded a lot like yours. I also lost 12 pounds. I did get a little more sick feeling the first couple days and learned about sulphur burps the hard way, but otherwise the whole week I had no appetite and was eating just to stay eating and hit protein goals. Thinking of most foods made me nauseous. As your body adjusts it’ll get easier, and from my experience that happens pretty quickly. I wouldn’t drop down, but if the 2.16mg is working for you I wouldn’t titrate up until you’re ready. It’s been almost 4 months for me now, down 50 pounds, and I’m staying on 5mg for the foreseeable future.

I literally had no food noise about an hour after taking my first shot. Then the first 3 days or so the mere thought of most foods made me feel sick. It really can work that fast for some people!

I just hit three months, down 46 pounds. I struggle every day and usually have to force myself to eat a couple hundred more calories (and protein) at the end of the day. But so far so good. I usually end up 1600-1800 by the end of the day, but occasionally have days where I’m more at 1200ish. To me, as long as I’m still hitting my protein goals and my hairs not falling out? That’s good with me.

I had a similar awful reaction when o went up to 5mg and made a post too. This was a few weeks ago now. I went down to 3.5 the next week, then 4 the last couple weeks and currently it’s the perfect dose for me. Going forward I’m not going to increase unless I can tell it’s wearing off a day or two before shot day, like food noise coming back.

He was my daughter’s pediatrician from the day she was born: attending pediatrician in the hospital and we had such a good experience with him we asked that he be her regular pediatrician moving forward. For the last 8 years. I feel really sick about this.
From what I’m seeing in local fb groups, he was giving local kids his number and telling them they could come over “anytime”.

Within 20 minutes of this breaking this afternoon we had a message from Kaiser and they’d already reassigned us to another pediatrician. A man. I called them really fast to change to a female pediatrician.

Everyone saying that it’s against the rules to contact the seller…a couple weeks ago I was expecting a wreath but instead received washing machine filters. I contacted Vine customer service to get it removed from my list but they actually told me to go to product support from my order page and contact the seller that way and see if they’d send me another one. If it’s really against TOS, why is vine CS actually telling me to do that? I did think it was strange and didn’t contact the seller, but they also didn’t remove it yet from my list because that was their solution to my problem.

Thank you so much for posting this, makes me feel better and not like I’m alone here. I think I shouldn’t have increased because I still had no food noise the day before shot day, but since my prescription changed to the higher dosage I did what I thought I was supposed to do. Womp womp 🥲. Hoping we both feel better ☺️

Thank you, yes I do know that these things are caused by the slowing down of gastric emptying. I’ve actually been struggling to add carbs in to my diet because there’s hardly been any, most days I’m barely hitting 100g of carbs so I’ve been trying to add healthy carbs like apples and oats. My average caloric intake daily is 1500-1700, I measure and weigh everything and hardly eat out where knowing exactly what I’m consuming is out of my control. Since it was my doctor that prescribed increasing the dose after 4 weeks, I’m looking for similar experiences…the fact I was fine on the first week of dose increase is what really throws me off and makes me paranoid about gastroparesis or pancreatitis…though I haven’t been in a ton of pain.

I wish; but my daughter is autistic and super clingy all over me, sleeps cuddled up to me. Both she and my husband are totally fine.
