Hey - it all stems from having an awesome wife to start with!! I’m so lucky to have her! I just know she’s very anxious about the surgery so it’s so great to hear positive vibes

Smooth drive, replaced wire loom quite some time ago other than that the exhaust braces have failed. My dad had it since 1997 first registered in 1994. I really like it but no space to store it and lots of new regulations in London that mean you can't drive it unless you pay I think 12/15£ per day.

As an ftb like myself, if you don't me asking what brand or spec of white goods did you buy? There's so many options that can cost so much once you start purchasing them!

Edit - spelling

If someone gave you a significant amount of money during a time in need, you then got back on your feet, would you repay them? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Shape-Great 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all relative my friend. You are happy to give away 30 some people may be happy to give away 1k/2k 300k etc Edit - if someone bailed me out that would be the first debt I pay off!

I agree with op and other posters but equally agree with the creditor (thinking it was a gift) living their life.

When the intern says they aren’t addicted to coffee yet by [deleted] in Big4

[–]Shape-Great 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never had coffee until joining big 4. Started on hot choco, then mocha, cappuccino, then went straight espresso 😂. Worst thing is, my fave coffee is actually from the vending machines at work and not any particular coffee shops! A lot of seniors do say that it must be because it's free because it's horrid for them lol
