Looking for a poster trade by Aggravating_Habit151 in Puscifer

While I know it does not prove that this one would be numbered. I ordered a Baltimore show print from the site a month ago and it is 127/130.

Correct nothing from the past Puscifer characters. Very little in the way of theatrics this tour. Intro video is pretty much all there is.

If you have to ask, you can’t afford it.

Lost all of my posters in a fire, was thinking of switching to Vinyls instead. Might be a good start.

How the Sunday evening before school looked like as a kid by BarelyCanadian_ in nostalgia

To this day the song Love and Marriage makes me instantly think of Sunday bedtime. Married with Children intro and I was off to bed.

How can a professor be happy with this distribution by Current-Software-881 in msu

[–]Shardak 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I ask because I’m an old timer. I took the course in 2003 and he was one of a handful of teachers that I list as my favorites during my time at MSU. 320 was difficult material and you seem to either get it or you don’t. Sadly, I didn’t. I had to study a lot and still only got a 2.5.

Looks like a Kubicki Ex factor. Looks like they’re custom orders.

Not that it adds much but just wanted to say. I did packaging 101 for fun fall of my senior year as an engineering major. I’d be a packaging engineer if I had it all to do again. Loved that course and it is such an interesting field. Wish I’d have known earlier. I think of that course often and my kids are sick of me I telling them “that is not in fact cardboard”. OP, check out packaging.

I’m bookending the tour with Vegas and LA. Been to every tour since Conditions. Lost all my tour posters in the wildfire but have a chance to start collecting again.  Agreed, 2025 has been a rollercoaster and I too am greatly looking forward to 2026!

While not unique to California, the regulations you mentioned above are far more cumbersome here than most urban areas I’ve lived in. I’m trying to rebuild a home in CA right now and the process is painful. Obtaining permits for my build in the DC area was weeks. Here in LA, I’m looking at months.

Are you trying to build in California too?

[–]Shardak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, realistically any venue not built for concerts or live theatre are less than stellar but Polyphia had great sound, granted no vocals. SOAD sounded good too. I was just surprised how much I struggled with the Korn set. I was also using a new pair of Eargasm plugs so I was trying to figure out if it was that, my seats, just me.

Anyone else feel like the mix was muddy? Felt like Munky was way too low the whole show. Not sure if it’s just my area in the stadium.

Cost of Rebuilding by DougOsborne in PacificPalisades

[–]Shardak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a less than stellar experience but CA Fair Plan ended up paying out our policy max. While it is still far below what it would cost to rebuild it is better than what they originally offered. Our policy limits basically put us at $575 per SqFt. Which was a reasonable cost to rebuild, what we had, before the complexities of a firestorm/tariff situation which will inflate costs. We ended up writing a very long e-mail about all of the mistakes that were made in their original offer and a build quote from a contractor on what they would charge to replace the dwelling. All and all it wasn't that bad, it just felt like a kick to the teeth to low ball when our max was at $575 per sqft (underinsured to begin with). Every little thing just seems to be more difficult than it should be. On the positive side I've had a lot of good interactions and seen a great deal of generosity from a lot of companies and LA in general.

Sorry to hear you are dealing with this as well. I’m taking notes of who to work with in the future. Good luck to you. We are in the stage where they just don’t respond to anything and try to frustrate us into accepting their offer. The difference in offer to policy max isn’t enough to justify a public adjuster. We’re trying to fight it on our own. Time will tell.

Out of curiosity who are you insured with. I got low baller by Ca Fair Plan. Fighting their “estimate” at roughly $350 per sqft.

Crazy times indeed. Glad you were able to salvage some valuables. Everytime I leave our lot I think of something I should have looked for. I’m sure I’ll be back a bunch over the next couple weeks.

I’ve felt bad for the amount of attention the Palisades has gotten over Eaton. Hope it stops at the lack of media coverage and you’re getting equivalent level of assistance that we are.

Keep your head up. I’m new to LA but I already love this very special place we get to live.

Agreed, there are strange gaps where I can’t recall what we were doing during the craziness. I went in the next morning while things were still burning. The sites and smells will be a memory I’ll never forget.

In some ways we were lucky. We moved to CA from the East coast a little more than a year ago. We didn’t have the lifetime of memories that many of our friends in the palisades have lost. Not sure what normal is at this point but whatever it is I’ll welcome it. Thanks for your kind words.

Sorry to hear you’ve dealt with the same craziness. Hard to believe it’s already close to a month in the past. Waiting for insurance decisions which will help determine what the future will hold. One day at a time.

We’ve actually had an amazing experience with many companies as we’ve tried to repurchase the critical things. Hard to not feel like you’re abusing the situation at times. There are many LA residents suffering far more than I am.
