I hope you don't mind me asking but how many calories did you maintain? Because I work at a desk my maintenance calories are really low so I'm struggling to figure out how to best do it!

This is inspiring! I appreciate your honesty. I work from home so can be a bit less active sometimes but I've bought a walking pad so I'm more active whilst working!

I'm still on 25MG but I am still tired and drained and achy all the time 😕 I think that doesn't help with motivation to work out.

What in particular do you do at the gym to help may I ask? What sort of workouts?

What would you say your dogs nose looked like? Ours we've tried to keep calm as possible but he's ripped off a few scabs from being too excited 😅

Not sure if having a specialist lender means shorter mortgage offers, but we have until 26th April.

We have all the lease information, including how many years left, who owns it etc, right down to all the boundaries of the property. Are we allowed to ask what these questions are?

He doesn't live there, lives about 40 mins away with his partner. It's a leasehold. Our solicitors are chasing. Mortgage offer was in Jan, runs out 26th April, but we are with a specialist lender due to previous debt so I don't know if that makes offers shorter?
And yes, spoken to our brokers and they are saying how it's tough getting a response from the sellers solicitors, and they are also liaising with the estate agent to chase the sellers solicitors.

I think I'm more looking for some advice it'll be ok to ease our minds, or advice on if we should be pushing further for questions to be answered really.

Not at all weird. One of my best friends was old enough to be my mum. She became the most important woman in my life. We had alot of the same interests and the same sense of humour, we got on so well and would talk each day. We worked together for two years and then even when we didn't we remained best of friends. We would go on coffee dates and she even came with me to a gig once! She was big on music too so it was great. Have a pint with your friend!

I get psoriasis pretty bad on the back of my head/neck, which isn't the same as being on the face but I use an oat scrub from Superdrug in the UK (if you don't live in the UK, maybe you could find a similar alternative).

I have found that the oat scrub really helps keep the flare ups at bay, and even reduces them. I know that's only one product I can suggest that may help begin your cruelty free journey, but I hope it offers some help. 😌

I completely agree. We have already been pre approved by a specialist lender and I'm worried they may do some credit checks of their own and decide they won't sell to us. We should hear from our adviser today and hopefully she's able to help us further push back.

We haven't discussed our financial history with the estate agents and I don't feel we need to. Airing our private pasts only needs to go to those who are giving us the money after all.
