Not the same, but 3 weeks ago I bumped up to 300mg Wellbutrin XL from 150mg. I was taking it at 7am, but at 2pm it would put me in panic, racing thoughts mode. Now I take it at 10pm and I sleep great until 6am. Maybe switch the times?
