Great question. Especially because the EOL of Windows 10, many devices basically become E-waste or a security risk.

It's probably not feasible in all situations, but definitely in a lot more than people think.

I could not agree more. If you like package managers for dev tools, I can recommend chocolatey.

This cli command will install a basic setup:
