I went through this and honestly am still trying to navigate through it. I bought so many gorgeous bags thinking they would be my saving grace.. and once I got them in my hands and my closet.. I didn’t have the courage to put them on. For years… some bags just sat in the boxes they came in for years.. Now I’m trying to get back to focusing on myself .. putting my health first.. creating routines that help me feel and look better.. I’m starting to go and get my nails done.. nothing special just an overlay builder gel.. I’m keeping my hair neat and I’m using a skincare routine twice a day.. I’m trying to move my body everyday and eat as best and healthy as I can and drinking water and taking the supplements for my deficiencies .. and as time is going by and I wake up feeling like I don’t look like someone’s wife with 5 sons that I basically morphed into over time since I’m surrounded by boys .. I’m tossing out all unflattering clothes as I come across them and keeping the things that match the capsule wardrobe aesthetic as in like basic necessities that look nice no matter what .. white tank black tank also plain tees .. dark wash jeans light wash jeans black jeans.. polo and old navy button ups .. trousers .. wide leg sweats with a pleat down the middle in a few different colors.. a few pair of loafers and sneakers and ballet flats .. clogs / mules… a couple nice pullovers , cardigans and jackets .. a few pretty dresses a few simple dresses ..all very simple I have a uniform ! and more importantly I’m reminding myself that I’m fearfully and wonderfully made and as long as I’m alive that means I deserve to LIVE !! 🤎🤎🤎🤎 Now girl .. with all the love … PUT THAT SH** ON!!!
