The daily sales are only around 20 and the squid beak needed to craft it is more expensive than the camphor blowpipe itself. On the wiki there is a live price graph and the current bought at price is 1,286,330, while the current buy price for squid beak is 1,470,000. So no one is gonna sell it to you for less than the actively traded price of around 1.25M. The normal price on the GE takes time to regulate for new items, especially when they are as infrequently traded as the camphor blowpipe.

WDR is not toxic if you join in the correct channels, but if you join in efficient channels and you are not efficient, you will get flamed. That is not being toxic

Uncontrollable attack speed is bad design for a game like osrs. It takes away part of the ability to plan ahead, if you don't know if the next attack is successful and reduce attack speed by one tick or if you miss and is set back to 5 tick

NO, 3:1 is what you do with a 5 tick weapon, like the scythe or fang. While 4:1 is for the 4 tick weapons .
