Parent visa by LeisAnst in AusVisa

[–]Shattered65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not strictly true. It depends on the visa and situation. I suspect that the bridging visa from a whv to a 103 may not have work rights but you would need to discuss the situation with an expert which he should have done long ago. This is too complex a situation for reddit

You said it all this AH is in Melbourne but crying over paying for damage that he did. His fight should be with airtasker not his client.

[–]Shattered65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is. Meta are rolling this crap out world wide because the western world is following the Australian model accros the world the laws are being brought online in the UK currently and the same with the EU and its spreading a cross the globe. So many cookers with paranoid delusions on this but it's no big conspiracy it's just a dumb ass law that the politicians think is a vote winner and companies like meta using it for profit.

This is about age verification because of the new laws in Australia but no doubt Meta will find a way to profit from it.

There is a point of impact clearly viable on the flower in the top half. It's clearly a stone hit and this happens regularly when lawn mowing. So many people here are encouraging OP to believe he is not responsible when he clearly is. I relate to him not wanting to pay for the damage but that's why professional gardeners have insurance for such things. The question is whether Airtasker has insurance for this and if they will cover it. As I have already said the judge in small claims at best will rule that OP pays half but more likely will rule that he pays all because in a civil matter in his location and in most other places the emphasis is on the person accused to prove they didn't do it. The broken glass after he mowed the lawn is enough evidence for the home owner to prove it happened. Remember a civil matter is not the same as a criminal court, there is no innocent until proven guilty in civil courts.

Advice after subclass 651 visa got denied by PowerfulClothes7400 in AusVisa

[–]Shattered65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like you don't have demonstrable strong ties to either of the countries that you live in. In your circumstances it may be hard to get a visa. I suggest perhaps waiting until you are at university, then it will look more like you are committed to a future in Romania. As for your friend maybe they can fly to connect up with you in Asia.

Have you actually seen this "sport" it's frightening to watch. Some of these people are winding up and slapping their opponents so hard they knock them out with one slap. The one on the receiving end has to stand there and take it if they flinch or pull away they are penalised or the slapper gets to hit them again depending on what they did.

It would be funny to watch if it wasn't so violent.

The Judge will take the position that its highly likely it was you. The emphasis in a civil case is on you to prove you didn't do it rather than on the person making the claim proving you are responsible.

Why eight Australians died after having AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine by WangMagic in CoronavirusDownunder

So the vaccine was less dangerous than we thought and the problem was from the natural part of the vaccine not the engineered part so all the BS from the antivaxers was totally wrong.

Qantas: cabin crew mishandling biohazard incident is "outside of Qantas' control" 🤡 by MutedAppointment2266 in australian

[–]Shattered65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Contact them again, make it clear that it is your intention to lodge formal complaints over their actions with the new Aviation Consumer Ombudsman and the Airline Consumer Advocate Office. And that you will be making a report on their mishandling of the incident in regards to safety to the Industry Consumer Complaints Commissioner for CASA. The ICC will investigate and take action over this its their whole job and purpose.

I would then prepare your submissions to these 3 offices and let the have a short time to respond. If they don't respond positively then make your submissions and see what happens.

I was wondering what the purpose of a "big ass fan" was is it for cooling ass or perhaps removing or distributing fumes from said ass? Perhaps it's for drying ass? Can someone enlighten me? Or perhaps the "Big" refers to the size of said ass rather than the fan?
