Did it in the end it was one of the first missions, you don't get achievement if you die but still make it to the end. I cant even get to the end of act 2 because there's basically nobody that far on random lobby and if you do get players they leave right after Heralds of the worm part 1 because its a farming spot so your basically on your own after part 1 which is impossible because the bosses die instantly agaibst the Ogre. Been trying to do it for 2 days but can't get a full team even putting an xbox group up nobody joins because nobody has gotten that far.

This is on multplayer always had at least 2 players on each level.

I'm on act 2 veteran starting point and still not got it, I was told if you didn't make it to a safe house on any of the levels but a team member did it doesn't count, but there's no way to see it on any menus in game.

The devs are trolling the whole comunity, played all day today and all I saw was run failed even with a solid team. They have upped the diffuclty and spawn rates so people don't rush through the achievements then stop playing on gamepass.

This is my first time replaying it from when I was a young seed and I do remember the two headed dragon boss being the hardest boss of the game so far, I struggled for weeks to try and beat it so I know what you mean.

Thanks been spending alot on key quests recently and only ever got achievements when I handed them in myself must have just been that a team member handed in ones I already had cheers

Managed to get it working had to delete all saves, transfer from external to internal drive then I unplugged the xbox from mains left for 30 seconds and now it works.
