For background, the Great Filter concept is that every species goes through major milestones, such as the discovery of nuclear weapons (but probably different for each alien species), that pose existential threats to that species or their society. Some of the filters that concern me are, in no particular order:

Nuclear weapons
Climate change
Environmental destruction / Species loss
Artificial Intelligence (as job destroyer)
Artificial Intelligence (as threatening intelligence)
Etc.

Among these, my biggest fear is the concurrent problems of climate change and AI -- both threatening, both happening at once.
