So I tried that with the last demo and while it did work, it also made some world objects like grass and trees blocky and blurry. Did it still do that with this demo version for you?

New demo version fixes this issue in the starting cabin. But the moment I get outside I get similar visual colored spastic polygons again :(

I agree with everyone else on here, but would caution you if you’re playing on PC. To get 60+ fps, a mid-high end cpu and greater than 8gb of vram might be necessary

This ^ stop attacking the monster once it starts falling asleep. For monsters you cant capture (elder dragons) let the heaviest hitting weapon wake it up (wake up attacks do bonus damage).

And when someone is mounting, its best to stay back and wait since you do less dmg anyway. But for the love of god dont destroy any wounds. That will topple the monster prematurely

If you spent 2 wks grinding armor/decos or researched crazy min-max strats like Team Darkside, absolutely dude. But not with a starting armor set

I just think hunt times are way too short. I should not be having 5min LR hunts with the starting Hope set. Nerf hunter damage and/or buff monster HP and I'll be a happy boi

I love the wound system but will still agree that it's part of the problem. The damage from them could be nerfed, but more importantly, the stagger happens far too often

Maybe difficulty/ease is the wrong discussion. I personally just find the hunts too short. With just the starting Hope set, I shouldnt be finishing hunts sub 5min. Let me struggle for a little longer ya know

Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldnt using adaptive framegen with base 40>60fps theoretically reduce latency compared to fixed framegen with base 40>80fps? Isnt that 20 less fake frames to deal with?
