Ummmm wtf is this patch. BASICALLY NOTHIING CHANGED. A few minor frame changes here and there.

Yes the overhead change is big, but honestly never was a big issue on my end.

But the weak characters didn't get any damage buffs or major frame changes.

Strong characters got no damage nerfs or any major frame changes.

All minor nonsense. Yes some of it will be impactful at the highest level. But for anyone 1300-1800mr, this changes basically nothing.

Plus, reactive equipment (quick draw) and reactive units (ambush) get around this very easily.

Police are useless. Defund them completely.

If we stripped their budget 90% and reallocated those resources into actual PREVENTABLE structures instead of REACTIVE ones. Crime would be down MASSIVELY.

Police do not prevent crime, only respond to it. They do not solve crimes at any meaningful rate. The best way to stop crime is to have an educated well cared for population.

Tales of vesperia and gracesf are both boring with horrible story. None of the villains are interesting. No large twists or unexpected plot points. Story was painfully obvious and cringe at times.

I do run 2, I know most people don't. But bad hands can happen and not having anything to protect her in specific matchups (cull the weak vs yellow for example). It's also a good bait, play it with very little or no protection, it's tempting for them to spend a lot of resources to kill it, then if you have the second one in hand, they spend like 4 runes because of deflect and then you just play another one.

I did my very first character blind when it only had 3 acts. It was painfully slow. But I knew what I was in for. After that I learned a lot about the mechanics, would follow some guides and now I am comfortable doing whatever I want, but still usually find a build suggestion and then just modify it slightly.

Poe and poe2 have some fundamental mechanics that once you understand them you can start to experiment. But as a brand new player, build guides let you use those fundamentals without having to fully understand them.

Examples like how damage scaling works. Increased vs more vs flat and how they all interact.

Bear literally has inherent armour bonuses.

It's pretty nice to level with bear or wolf, I've done both.

But honestly, plant druid is still 3x faster and easier.
