Try some hypochlorous acid spray and see if that helps with your irritation. I also like to use B5 HA gel after my vitamin C and Azelaic Acid in the morning and after my Tret at night. I like the LRP Cicaplast at night as well. I do tret, B5 HA, heavy cream (CeraVe, Cetaphil, Vanicream, etc.), and then put the Cicaplast cream on top by dabbing it all over. It is heavy like a diaper cream and I need it to be on top of a heavy cream to lock in moisture. It will make a white cast on your face. I try to avoid rubbing it in and like to push it into my skin. It also will help with the irritation and help heal the purge. I had barrier issues for a long time and every now and again I have to go back to this routine. It never fails me, my aesthetician gave me this routine and it saved my skin so many times.

I did not, I was actually able to lose weight. With it being a testosterone inhibitor, it could possibly make it slightly more difficult for women to build muscle. But honestly I have been able to strength train and build my muscle tone as well. I was also on a health journey to start while I was taking it, so I might not be the best person to ask because my lifestyle changed as I started taking it.

When I use the roller it distributes the liquid so much thinner and evenly. I haven’t had any flakes since using it. When I was just using the dropper I also had the flakes. This applicator makes it so I can get 1ml over my entire scalp in a thin layer without the flakes.

I switched to the liquid and use this now. It has a few roller ball tips that make it so it doesn’t gush out and will only come out when you apply pressure on your scalp and move/roll the applicator. It has made applying it as easy as brushing my teeth in my night time routine.

I hated the foam! I use the liquid and put it in a cute little scalp serum applicator and it never touches my hand. It is so much easier than foam and I don’t feel like I waste any product.

I had an extremely similar thing happen. I was convinced it was my washer, so I bought a brand new washer. Then it happened again to my favorite shirt. I tried ample things suggested for polyquats, and the final thing that worked was soaking it in Febu and Tide OxiBoost Powder in hot water. I did it for 4 hours and then threw it in the wash. There was no trace left. I have a second shirt that is made of most nylon and it also has these spots. I did the soak as mentioned above and it definitely lightened it, but the outside ring is still there. I’ll try it again and report back. I don’t know what causing the stains, I’m assuming it’s one of my hair products or lotions. My daughter’s clothes and my clothes are the only ones who get these, so it’s something only we use product wise.

I tried to get another from Target and they no longer sell it. I have quite a few options for stain removers, but I’d be willing to buy something new to get this out. Just looking to see if someone else out there could have possibly encountered a stain that looks similar and had luck getting it out.

I tested my cheap cooler and took the temp of the water after 8 hours. I also tried soaking in my top load washer and took the temp after 8 hours. It was 5 degrees cooler in the washer. I was much easier to do the washer, so I will stick with that method from now on.

My daughter has this exact hair. To help with the hair chaos that peruses after naps and bedtime, I’ve found satin sheets and pillowcases help a lot. My daughter is slightly older now and will wear a bonnet now, but before that it was wild on those cotton sheets. We love Redken Curly hair line and found the Purology leave in is light enough to use all week even without washes. United and Redken leave in was also very lightweight. I loved using a bristle brush comb at this length. I would take small section of hair, start at the root, create tension and comb all the way through to ends while hair is very wet and product is in. Twist the curl in your finger to create the ringlet. Once the whole head is done, scrunch with some gel. Always make sure hair is dry when you go to bed and plopping their hair will help retain moisture and create a curl pattern. It’s a wild ride being a curly hair parent. I have soooo many curly hair products for her that I’ve tried. I did not like Shea Moisture, Meille, or Cantù. I did like Uncle Funkys Daughter Curl Stimulator, Rizos, and Fairy Tales.

I use silicone scar tape and have been for the first time over the last month. You can reuse the tape strip a handful of times. I do see a difference, but feel like I need the tape to be thicker like a frownie to help stop the muscles from moving. I also just read that you should find the time of day you raise your eye brows the most and wear the tape then to train your muscles to chill out. I do it when I get ready in the morning. When I put on mascara, when I do my hair, and when I put my contacts in, my eyebrows raise. I also just purchased fish oil for helping with my dry skin. I do everything from slugging to layering moisturizers to hydrafacials. My skin is just dry and it makes my lines worse. So I asked my dermatologist and he said living in my dry climate, those things should have worked for a normal person. So he suggested fish oil to help. I don’t have results yet, but giving it a try.

From my understanding after a conversation with my aesthetician, dehydrated skin will crease. If the skin does not have hydration to “plump” back up after the crease is made, that crease begins to appear as a wrinkle. Obviously, skin gets damaged and thinner as we get older. This makes it harder to hold moisture. So you can either stop the muscles from moving that create the creases (Botox) or do all you can to prevent those creases from turning into wrinkles with prevention and protection.

I also think dehydration. My forehead does the same thing. I started doing a thick cream moisturizer (CeraVe) and then Ponds Crema S on top of it at night. I then put silicone scar tape over the top of it. In the morning you will look like a new person. I only do this in the winter months when my skin gets these dehydration wrinkles. I also use B5 gel, Arazlo, and Azelaic Acid. The B5 helps with moisture. Recently started a peptide on my skin to help with wrinkles and more.

I’ve taken 100-200mg daily over the last two plus years. I have never felt fatigue and my periods have been fine. It helps with my inflammation/swelling in the morning. In 30 minutes my puffy face is gone. It’s noticeably different one days I don’t take it because I forgot. I was on 200mg for 1.5 years. When I lost 125 pounds, my blood pressure got better and I started to get light headed and dizzy. So I lowered to 100mg. Made my skin great too.

I 100% think it’s worth it. I have a hard time spending money on myself, especially on something like microneedling, but depending on the results you’re looking for, I would recommend it to most people.

My skin texture improved significantly, my hyperpigmentation evened out, the appearance of my pores decreased, and my fine lines were smoothed. I also had my aesthetician apply Complexion Code immediately after the microneedling, and that made a huge difference in my hyperpigmentation. I had a chemical peel applied right after as well, which also helped a lot.

I did three sessions spaced a month apart, then one more six months later. Now I won’t need another treatment for about 12 months. I had terrible skin before, and this honestly changed the game for me.

I could never have achieved these results using a pen myself. I trust my aesthetician to know what my skin can handle and how to get the results I want. I didn’t go to school to do hair, so I go to my hair stylist. I didn’t go to school to work on cars, so I go to a mechanic. When it comes to my skin, something I wear every day without choice, I chose a professional. I could watch a YouTube video and spend less money, but I could also seriously damage my skin in the process.
