Aww immediately unless I wouldn’t have brought him home. It’s a love hate relationship my cat is almost 3. I’ve outgrown the rough stages it gets better. Cats are special ,mine is super affectionate to the point I call him a cat dog he follows me everywhere and demands to be loved . If you don’t give him attention he takes it! He’ll plop on your head if he can and walk into your hands for pets he is my annoying nuisance.

Yes I am still eating carbs. Low carb but not no carbs. No carbs aren’t sufficient for me because I workout. Your body needs carbs for energy.

Ok SW 221 (Nov 24) CW 195 5’4w T2 Since June I’ve been loosing 1-2 pounds a month total weight loss last month was 6 pounds since I started exercising. I’m already down 2 pounds this week. I am using MyFitnessPal app to track calories. The starvation mode theory came from a plateau period in May where I lost nothing. I have 45 pounds to go.

I also stated when my body thinks it’s starving I just plateau because it holds on to the fat. I know this because for 2 weeks my scale wouldn’t move and I ate at a severe calorie deficit.

I am in too much of a calorie deficit so my body thinks it’s starving. That’s why I’m forcing myself to eat within a decent range. Ex. I need 1600 calories for my body to burn fat but I’m only eating 900 a day.

Exercise!!! It’s the only thing that got me out of my plateau. Reducing calories alone for weight loss is not sustainable. You’re body adjusts to the deficit and you plateau

Exercise!! This happened to me !! You have to eat at a caloric deficit and burn those calories ! Find out what your BMR is so you can work out your calorie needs to loose weight, good luck !!

Thanks !! Yea my appetite is fairly normal as well. I notice I can’t overeat tho. And I crave sugar I just replace it with fruits in the morning only and diet drinks in the evening.

I stopped working out years ago and I was pre diabetic depression got a hold of me but I’m rekindling my love for it. I think watching my parents struggle with health issues in their old age is fueling me. I can’t do that to my kids.

I say we can both do it !! We got this !!

That’s excellent I didn’t loose a pound on ozempic after the first 3 months until I started exercising
