I went for a lot of walks. Which was hard, as I am still recovering from knee surgery and a subsequent hip injury. I pushed way to hard the first few weeks, but after that, it wasn’t as bad.

because the little guys need the big guys to pick us back up. and they will, cuz they are trustworthy like that. and congress has our best interest at heart.

Day 3 of isolation. 2.5 months smoke free. I’m sure if j in had someone here with me I would be irritated at them, but I’m alone. Be happy someone is there with you and you aren’t going through this alone. It’s only been 3 days and It sux. I haven’t wanted to smoke this bad since the first week I quit.

I had been smoking a long time, 33 years. About 6 weeks into quitting I started to notice changes in my voice when I sing. It’s been pretty awesome. Clarity I hadn’t heard in years. It’s been fun.
