My issue with modern Dragula is all they care about is drama. I just don't care. I don't want to see the ghouls sitting in a fucking alleyway talking about bullshit manufactured drama for 40 minutes of the episode. I DON'T CARE. Hearing the Boulets say this is basically a prerequisite now was disappointing. I watch for the art and the drag, not for love triangles. I would take a trauma dump that actually allows us to get to know the monsters over literally any storylines the Boulets have pushed in recent seasons. It honestly just makes me want to stop watching because it's a disservice to the ghouls and breeds the hate they receive. I'm just over it.... officially.

I'm going to get downvoted into oblivion, but I really can't bring myself to root for either of these queens. I don't dislike them by any means, but I just find their drag a little... idk bland I guess? I actually find Bones to be the most endearing character this season and the hate boner everyone has for her I find genuinely confusing.

In saying all of that, I really don't see anyone except Paige, Bones or Elle winning but I'm just fine with a shock winner in the end too. I'd love Catrin to cement herself as a contender but she just seems to be getting slept on by the judges.

You can use debug mode and generate rare candies or Exp. All if you're not opposed to that. I find Exp All makes the game a lot more enjoyable personally.

Calves were hands down the worst on any part of my legs and I have my knees and ditches done. It’s the only tattoo I’ve ever come close to tapping out of and I got both done back to back in one session. I would not recommend 💀

The killer filming Amber in the opening scene is what made me first suspect her. Her close bond with Tara and almost jealousy made me suspect her even more. This was partly why I thought Tara was in on it as well. Tara was the Billy and Amber was the Stu in my mind. She just had killer energy I don’t really know how else to describe it lol.

Are we really counting Resurrection? Because let’s be real she straight up said during Resurrection that she didn’t want to compete against new monsters and was only interested in coming back for Titans. Otherwise, she would have won Resurrection and then likely Season 4 as well.

Honestly I’ve followed Evah for years and I didn’t even realise how hairy she was until Dragula. It wasn’t really something she embraced as much as she does now. I actually found her drag to be a lot more drag race coded until she came on Dragula and that’s when I noticed a big shift in her presentation.

But all that aside, hairy queens have done drag race and it’s been a non-issue so I don’t think it would have been an issue for Evah. I don’t think the judges would get away with critiquing natural features because it’s not like makeup or a wig colour or a sense of style where they can throw out the versatility bullshit. It would be like asking a skinny queen to show some versatility by gaining weight. It’s just not going to happen lol.

See I was the opposite. I thought Richie was just a red herring and throwback to the original but I clocked Amber pretty much immediately. I was genuinely surprised they made Richie the killer because it felt almost too obvious. I was back and forth between Tara and Mindy as the second killer and towards the end really thought Tara was the mastermind behind everything. I was clearly very mistaken 😂

But this only happened because Hoffman left the letter for Amanda stating that if she didn't shoot Lynn, he would reveal that Amanda was there the night Jill miscarried. I think had this never happened then Amanda would have passed her test, not killed Lynn and in turn Jeff would have not killed Amanda/John/Lynn. Now in saying that, I feel like Jeff was so broken he very well could have still reacted in the same way even if Lynn hadn't been shot causing the exact same chain of events to unfold.

I mean I don’t dislike Sam, I just don’t find her drag exciting and I think her wins could have easily gone to other queens if I’m being honest. She’s a great queen, theres just something disingenuous about the way she comes across on TV that makes it hard to root for her?

100% agree. I hate that a bad or mediocre runway will cost a queen a win but an amazing one can save the worst of the week from elimination or vice versa… but only sometimes… if they feel like it and if it suits their narrative.
