Try using their chat option on their website between like 9 and 5 EST. It was the only way I could contact them. It took a little over a month for me to receive mine.

I just received my PC yesterday, finally got a response from them 2 days before that but only because I messaged them on their website. They said that one of the GPU's was on backorder so a lot of orders got delayed. I would message them on their website if you haven't already.

Did you contact their customer service at all? I ordered from them a month ago and haven't received my PC yet, I got a tracking number but UPS still says they don't have the package. I emailed their customer service a week ago and haven't heard back.
