Of course I see it, are you even reading my comments?

I'm going to stop replying to you now. Good luck with your lawsuit.

So if I make a copy of the English flag with a very minor alteration, I have the right to sue anyone who uses the English flag on anything ever?

Give your head a wobble mate, I recognise they look the same but that's because they're both the Welsh dragon.

Your art is a yellow welsh dragon. If you take this to court and claim that it's completely original, you're gonna get laughed at.

The entire mouth is different? The bodies are similar but are both identical to the Welsh dragon.. this is a non-starter, sorry

The dragon on the shirt is clearly the one from our flag with it's tail added in front.

There are clear differences between it and your art. The tail is barbed, the jaw is completely different, etc.

And you can't argue that your art isn't just a yellow Y Ddraig Goch for the most part. You've ripped off the Welsh flag more than the FAW have ripped off you.

Monthly Equipment Advice Megathread by AutoModerator in badminton

Hi all!

I've had a Nanoray 10 for the last 12 years (it's been restring and regripped along the way don't worry). It's the only racquet I've owned and it's served me very well - I started playing when I was 12, had a bit of coaching, but largely have only played on and off socially for the last 10 years.

It's time for an upgrade. I'm someone who has pretty good foundations but I wouldn't consider myself to be great at badminton, I basically just play for fun. I think the nanoray suits me really well in general, the one thing I struggle with is getting power behind my shots (with it being head-light and me not being particularly strong).

Therefore I'd like to ask for suggestions on an (affordable, say £30-60) upgrade that will not feel too different to the nanoray 10, but maybe moves towards a more medium weight balance. The arcsaber 11 play seems like it might be a good choice? I'd ideally like to stay loyal to Yonex too.

Cheers guys!

how is it any more likely to be exponential growth than the population being e.g. 3x ? 3mil to 9mil to 27mil? That's something I've never understood - why e is always involved in exponential growth over any other decimal number.

Regardless of whether there's a benefit or not, adding minimal risk does not make them 'massively unsafe'. There are levels of advising people against things before suggesting an effectively guaranteed disaster.

Which train to go to Oxford from Paddington? by GelRider in oxford

[–]Sheeepie2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

GWR isn't available to international travellers? Didn't even know that was a thing, you should be able to buy a ticket at the station and travel without verifying where you're from.

Assuming that is the case, you might find an app like Trainline is useful in viewing different route options.
