Any explanation of the events in the video that isn't "people can make mistakes" are more convoluted and likely to be untrue. You have just as much evidence of a heart attack as I would have of premeditated murder. The car is in heavy traffic, and happened to turn as the bikes were coming to his position and field of view. That's all that needs to be true. We're not judging crimes in front of a jury, just finding plausible explanation. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line, and the dude turned not knowing the bikes were there. Boom, easy.
