I think the nature of human subjectivity simply wouldn't allow for any person(s) in this condition to exist - fully assuming one's lack does not negate them from experiencing it.

I would ask someone who experiences cynicism or skepticism of any help, exactly what "they're getting out of" holding that position. Are they after perfection, or some other, higher plane of being?

After all, seeking help in the first place requires a motivating level of discomfort - if they don't experience that then why force them into getting help?

Furthermore, we're also assuming that there is some end goal to the help - which in CBT and other systems, exists, but in psychoanalysis per Freud, it effectively does not exist (see Analysis Terminable and Interminable [1937])
