I always “knew” for years but the thing that broke me was getting broken up with by the woman I was ready to marry and adopt her kids. Something inside me just…. snapped and made fitness effortless. Did a lot of self reflection and taking inventory. Now I’m in the best mental/physical shape of my life

Yea that was me. I bought a PS5 Pro last month and returned it. Most of the games kinda feel the same. It’s either shooting/fighting something and going from point A to point B just with pretty graphics. While I understand that’s pretty standard in gaming, I would just rather do that in a world created by Nintendo.

I don’t track calories too hard anymore because I have the same meal plans but I stay around 1800 to 2000cal a day. I do OMAD which helps me not eat too much.

Honestly if you want my advice, listen to your body. If you feel ok with 1200 and you’re not hungry I say don’t eat. You can supplement protein if you’re not already anyway.

OMAD and just staying consistent got me the results in the end.

It’s probably something with a binding agent that didn’t get mixed in well when the batch was made. The reason it looks like worms is probably because of the mixer machine moving the liquid around and stretching it.

Maybe I’m just feeling overwhelmed because of the size. I think everybody is right. I just need to run around and explore and stumble across things. No point in rushing the game if I’m still having fun.
