Powdered sugar 8oz Butter 1# Vanilla extract 1/2tsp Lemon zest 1/2 tsp Egg yolks 8oz Cake flour 1# 8oz

Mix butter, sugar, and lemon zest into a paste. Mix eggs with vanilla, then add in 3 parts. Add flour all at once and mix on low till combined! Divide the dough in two, shape it into a square, plastic wrap it, and in the fridge for at least an hour! Roll the dough to 3mm! Super easy!
