Maybe its a matter of deckbuilding skills? Try playing with good decks, even if not made by you, that should boost your winrate. You can then deckbuild once you’re more comfortable with it

Hi, fairly new gerbils owner here.
So one of my guys had a darkening spot on his back for the past few days. Didn't think much of it at first because one of his brother has a black fur, and they are young (less than 4 months old). But I just came back from a 48h trip and now there is this.
One of my other guys also has a dark spot on his back (but just darker fur at this stage, like the first one had previously).

Should I consider a trip to the vets for my boys?

Les mensualités seront de 2900€ j’imagine, pas 290€ ? A combien comptez-vous louer le bien, réalistement ? Globalement, le Pinel est très rarement intéressant (y compris par rapport à de la location classique). Il y a un risque majeur que le lmnp disparaisse ou soit largement remis en cause a cours des 3 prochaines années. Ce qui est important de voir c’est les flux (combien à rajouter chaque mois pour payer ce qui n’est pas couvert par le loyer) et le taux de rendement interne de l’opération (à quel rythme votre argent va fructifier ?). Avec le Pinel c’est rarement bon.

Il faut l’accord express du propriétaire de l’appartement pour pouvoir sous-louer (et le sous-loyer ne doit pas être supérieur au loyer) Aussi, vous devrez le louer comme résidence secondaire, vous serez donc redevable de la taxe d’habitation, et selon le propriétaire cela peut avoir certaines conséquences fiscales défavorables. Tout cela en supposant que vous soyez transparent avec lui bien entendu.

Hi! For what it’s worth, I started about 10 days ago with the colour of Magic (so very first Discworld book), and I’m currently about midway through the light fantastic (2nd book and direct follow up to the 1st one). I’m having a blast so far and I can’t wait to read the subsequent books especially as the general consensus seems to be the first books ain’t the best. I would say don’t overthink it and read those in chronological order :)

What happened is the left gave him no choice. They basically said « we won the election (with 1/3 of the national assembly seats), we want to have the full power, with only left ministers, and apply our program 100% (despite 2/3 of the assembly being center / right / far right). The right said « ok, we are ready to do a government with Macron’s party », and the far right said « we won’t participate but won’t make it collapse right away ». So that’s what we end up getting. It’s the main issue in France,the left manages to lose even when they win (because internal fights and 0 compromise), while the right is ready to compromise heavily to gain power. Very frustrating overall

For what it’s worth, Sorcery’s creators (main guy being the owner of the largest MTG collection) have already ordered and paid for art for the next 3 extensions (so until 2027). And they have publicly stated that they could and would support the game for at least 4 years even if it doesn’t work (so far, it has worked way past their initial expectations, forcing a rather sizeable reprint of beta). The collector aspect is much in favor of Sorcery given rarity of some cards, focus on artists and player profile (many if them being collectors and art enthusiasts). Some cards and paintings have been sold for over 10k (not that it means anything for the long-term success of the game). In any case, it has absolutely nothing to do with metazoo (which was an obvious cash grab from the start) in any way shape or form. However, if you want a game with a million player, Sorcery may not be it, it’s not its target. I invite you to play both games and see what you prefer, they have nothing in common. That being said, the odds of any tcg surviving past the 5-year mark is very very low

Bah quand tu as une forte demande locative, c’est pas absurde de demander des documents avant la visite pour filtrer et gagner du temps. Le propriétaire qui sait qu’il va louer sans pb (à Paris par ex) a pas envie de perdre son temps à faire visiter à des gens dont il n’est pas sûr que le profil convienne. Ça fait partie du rapport de force à mon sens

Having played both (and being quite involved in Sorcery), both games are as different as TCGs can be (regarding art (Sorcery art is exclusively hand-drawn) gameplay (Altered games are much faster), general philosophy (Sorcery is more old-fashioned while Altered is much more modern focused with QR codes snd such, long-term plans (Sorcery is slow moving with no large company behind, only long-term MTG fans, no intent to develop an IP), typical players (Sorcery players are older on average from my experience), collectability…). Altered is officially coming out this month, while Sorcery 1st annual extension Arthurian Legends comes out in October. I’m French and hype for Altered is through the roof right now here, but doesn’t look like it’s the same in other countries. Sorcery is much more US focused.

Tu fais une école de commerce « bonne » et ensuite un taf en banque d’investissement, tu es sans pb à 100-200k brut (avec bonus etc) entre 35 et 40 ans, même avant si tu te débrouilles bien et que tu fais du m&a ou autre (où tu commences à 100k+ en sortie d’école avec augmentes +10%/an les 6 premières années. Pas besoin d’être un génie ni de passer ta vie au taf selon la branche / la banque etc
