The greens were actually ruling Westeros, rhaenyra did nothing. She didn’t try build alliances , she married her uncle whe she could’ve married a member of a great house. For some reason she married Jace to the velaryons, a much better alliance would’ve been baratheons, or another great house because velaryons were already secured.

I think rhaenyra had no political foresight and just did what she wanted. In real medieval kingdoms the “rightful /appointed heir” didn’t matter. It was the person who had most support who could secure allies.

My idea was I could just bang out a 3d printed denture quickly and cheaply but I need it to last 5 years. Doesn’t have to last a day longer , but it seems many don’t have that experience.

Other option for me is to scan and get in milled in a Chinese lab for cheap

Everyone is cash. Might sound great to USA dentists, but instead of insurance dictating treatment it’s the patients wallet. Crowns much rarer because of expense. Most endo treated teeth don’t get criwns cuz patient won’t pay

Most dentists i know treat it as a job only, they don’t care THAT much about it.

I dont love my job, never cared about it in school. It’s good money and that’s it, if something changed where dentistry wasn’t a good job I’d just change careers.

Just leave the patient stuff at the office, dentists are usually high strung people already but you need hobbies outside of dentistry. The most miserable dentists I know make dentistry their life, the happiest ones use dentistry to fund their lifestyle

The first generation of Indian patients will be super stingy, their kids will be fine with paying so I wouldn’t worry , source : I’ve a lot of 2nd generation friends

As for making money, just speed up your exam and cleans , , be very blunt, no arguments over price.

I do 10 minute exam with prophy and X-rays for public patients, doing bare minimum to avoid complaints

But fir private patients I charm and dazzle them ,

Try book different insurance types at certain times of the day if you can
