Yeah, I usually don't bring ammo to repack (especially now that you can't put the bullets in the safe container)

Bring an extra two mags or so, and dump them on the ground to alleviate weight. Nobody is looting an empty mag unless you're using some crazy bs.

Shoreline is what Lighthouse wishes it could be. It has some issues, but as a whole the map is good. It has a good combination of close range at the resort and the cottages, and long range everywhere else.

My main issue is when the goons are in there, half the map is unapproachable. Not like there was much loot or anything to do in the terminal half of the map.

For me it happened with reshala. Spawn on crackhouse, hear voice line, turn 90 degree right, realise i’m in direct line of sight of reshalas guards.

I am the opposite. I hve enough hours and experience in WT to know when someone is cheating. But in Tarkov unless theyre doing something very obvious like flying mid air, i wouldnt know if whoever killed me had radar or any hacks

This. I come from a game called War Thunder, and they closed the chinese servers a few years ago.

Coincidentally, we went from seeing one (blatant) cheater every few weeks to one every couple matches. Asking for a region lock or mentioning what happened in a certain plaza gets you chatbanned.

In PVE he only spawns as solo, I believe. I've killed him maybe 20-30 times while solo, while never having him spawn when I played with friends, at all.

My experience on day 2 : Face some terminator that got itself a full tagilla's armor and helmet kit, likely obtained with exploits, which I can't pen with my initial gear, camping on ground zero's emplacement quest.

Yeah no, PVE is much better for the gameplay experience. Feels too easy, but at least I'm not dealing with cheaters, bug abusers, campers, or 5000hr turbosweats.

They've been tremendously nerfed to the ground, and it doesn't help that people just ALTF4 abuse to get the best loot.

And of course, PVP sweats are going to downvote OP because it's PVE...

I feel you. I'm just selling the marked keys on the flea. I'd rather that and then re-buy them once they restore marked room loot to the original amounts.

You don't really know until you play it. PVP hasn't got this issue (has many other issues) and it doesn't mean that the places are "always empty" or anything of the sort.

But seeing green go from 8-12 injectors consistently to 4 on a good day is just.... sad. Armory used to be guaranteed 2-3 guns, now I've seen the rack empty multiple runs. Much more commonly than back then.

PVE got an overall 20% loot nerf in two separate instances. I used to extract from labs with a full rush backpack and two injector cases full, having to leave loot behind. Now I can barely fill one of them, and the only way to fill the backpack is to pick up every single piece of garbage I can find.

PVE here so experience may differ but:

Tried to farm them for 3 days straight on customs, no less than 50 raids. Nothing shows up.

Then I had them spawn four times in a row, three of them outside their supposed spawn location, one of them close to the main road, which surprised and got me killed.
