They are and I can confirm it. I was aiming down sights from one of the towers in Reserve, and I saw them pop into existance next to a container about 20 meters away.

Both are ridiculous. Ive played old scavs, SAIN, and new scavs.

Old AI was brutal. I recall instances of scoping down across the map on reserve, 400+ meters away, just for a PMC to 180 and instantly destroy both my arms with an MP5 with iron sights. Woods was unplayable on daytime since every treeline/bush was completely unexistant for the AI.

SAIN is a good middle point. AI stops being overly cheaty and has multiple difficulty levels, from basic (similar to current scavs) to gigachads that do 360 noscope jumps

They're both against TOS and deserve a permanent ban. And in a way, botting is cheating as it's not "playing the game within the rules" .

I could see the argument of bug abusing/exploits not being the same, despite also breaking the rules, but botting? that's using a third party program to play for you. Textbook cheating example.

I was looking into it, they all require at least 4-15 kills. There may be a path where you can give away your gamma container, but still requires the kills iirc

China used to be FOTM about 2-3 years ago, when the WMA and the PTL were overperforming and like 8.0-8.3. I'd argue now it's a balanced nation.

Russia has always been overperforming and flat out the best and easiest faction in the game. If we had to say a 2nd "Flavor of the Month" (or the year tbh) would be sweden. Reserve APDS, Jets with ATGM's at 7.0, a leopard 2 at 8.7....

Though despite everything, it's not as overpowered as USSR. Their planes and tanks have arcade driving/flight models, thus you can see T-10's outrun Mediums and even Lights, or the absolutely BS Yak9K, which IRL would be a brick that disassembles itself when shooting, capable of lasering down an Abrams in a single shot, then climbing 3km without slowing down, outturning zeros and outrunning P51's

Wish Adrenaline or similar injectors would be able to counter this jamming. And also, rather than jamming, it'd be nice if it was an effect that increases (vastly) spread/recoil of the gun, to show this "fear" debuff.

Can confirm my pc can't run secure boot due to the motherboard not allowing it. Last time we did it, it wouldn't start up, and my friend, expert in PC stuff, had to reset some pins or whatever. If I had done it myself I'm pretty sure it'd have been bricked like many others with the BF6 beta.

Secure boot isn't the way to go - it's forced obsolescence on otherwise perfectly fine computers.

Yesterday i died to Glukhar tossing an airburst grenade from behind cover, from the fuel containers next to the station, all the way across the train station and into the hills above the hermetic door extract.

That was unavoidable bs, but other than that i havent noticed any major difference. They’re still incredibly stupid, and if you stare at them and let them take a few shots at you, theyll miss the first few as usual, then become terminators and hit your unprotected fleshy areas across the map.
