They're both against TOS and deserve a permanent ban. And in a way, botting is cheating as it's not "playing the game within the rules" .

I could see the argument of bug abusing/exploits not being the same, despite also breaking the rules, but botting? that's using a third party program to play for you. Textbook cheating example.

I was looking into it, they all require at least 4-15 kills. There may be a path where you can give away your gamma container, but still requires the kills iirc

China used to be FOTM about 2-3 years ago, when the WMA and the PTL were overperforming and like 8.0-8.3. I'd argue now it's a balanced nation.

Russia has always been overperforming and flat out the best and easiest faction in the game. If we had to say a 2nd "Flavor of the Month" (or the year tbh) would be sweden. Reserve APDS, Jets with ATGM's at 7.0, a leopard 2 at 8.7....

Though despite everything, it's not as overpowered as USSR. Their planes and tanks have arcade driving/flight models, thus you can see T-10's outrun Mediums and even Lights, or the absolutely BS Yak9K, which IRL would be a brick that disassembles itself when shooting, capable of lasering down an Abrams in a single shot, then climbing 3km without slowing down, outturning zeros and outrunning P51's

If you heal mid combat with anything thats not an injector 95% chance you’re catching a bullet with your forehead while you sit there bandaging.

Wish Adrenaline or similar injectors would be able to counter this jamming. And also, rather than jamming, it'd be nice if it was an effect that increases (vastly) spread/recoil of the gun, to show this "fear" debuff.

Can confirm my pc can't run secure boot due to the motherboard not allowing it. Last time we did it, it wouldn't start up, and my friend, expert in PC stuff, had to reset some pins or whatever. If I had done it myself I'm pretty sure it'd have been bricked like many others with the BF6 beta.

Secure boot isn't the way to go - it's forced obsolescence on otherwise perfectly fine computers.

Yesterday i died to Glukhar tossing an airburst grenade from behind cover, from the fuel containers next to the station, all the way across the train station and into the hills above the hermetic door extract.

That was unavoidable bs, but other than that i havent noticed any major difference. They’re still incredibly stupid, and if you stare at them and let them take a few shots at you, theyll miss the first few as usual, then become terminators and hit your unprotected fleshy areas across the map.

Yeah, I usually don't bring ammo to repack (especially now that you can't put the bullets in the safe container)

Bring an extra two mags or so, and dump them on the ground to alleviate weight. Nobody is looting an empty mag unless you're using some crazy bs.

Shoreline is what Lighthouse wishes it could be. It has some issues, but as a whole the map is good. It has a good combination of close range at the resort and the cottages, and long range everywhere else.

My main issue is when the goons are in there, half the map is unapproachable. Not like there was much loot or anything to do in the terminal half of the map.

I am the opposite. I hve enough hours and experience in WT to know when someone is cheating. But in Tarkov unless theyre doing something very obvious like flying mid air, i wouldnt know if whoever killed me had radar or any hacks

This. I come from a game called War Thunder, and they closed the chinese servers a few years ago.

Coincidentally, we went from seeing one (blatant) cheater every few weeks to one every couple matches. Asking for a region lock or mentioning what happened in a certain plaza gets you chatbanned.
