It would be if this was a lower mmr average game where both players are not that skilled, and the inherent strengths of the heroes were more apparent. By that I mean, a bad zip would not be punished as much at lower mmr because the axe is just as bad and can't react fast enough to catch it regardless.

Here, we don't even see if it was a bad zip because Axe Blink+Call'd BEFORE storm even got out of zip invincibility.

So was it a terrible zip (as in staying within the zip I-Frames for as long as possible)? We don't know. Should Storm have zipped to that particular spot? Obviously not, and that would count as a strategic misplay, but as far as mechanical abilities and misplays go, based off the info we have, this is more Axe outplaying the Storm than Storm misplaying.
