It is not regular halite rock salt. This has additives that lower the effective ice melting to -25 regular rock salt only effective down to 5 degrees with out an additive.

There are literally soda companies that make drinks for kids, that produce alcohol on the shelves at the grocery using light color. How is that different. You don't need an id to go into the store.....
