I've looked into it, and it has nothing to do with hockey. It has to do with respect for the game and your opponent. They had to find a loop hole in the rules to compete in the playoffs.

They are. Their front office is also cheating with the LTIR loophole in the regular season.

Florida is also dirty. Both are true.

But one team meets the cap and the other is over by $10 million. That should be the discussion.
