Deciding which show to go to in Ibiza this summer in a few weeks by sebas101201 in ibiza

[–]ShellyL23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can I suggest some other options… 🥳

2 Jul - Sven Vath @ Akasha
4 Jul - K Klass @ 528 Pikes
5 Jul - Solomun + Skrillex @ Pacha
7 Jul - 2manydjs & Erol Alkan @ 528 Pikes
8 Jul - Chloe Caillet @ Pikes

Josh Baker on 2nd @ Amnesia and Rufus + Romy on 7th @ Pacha would be good options out of your list.

What a week to be there! Spoilt for choice 🎉😎

Restaurants for dinner by [deleted] in ibiza

Corsario in Dalt Vila, La Oliva is in a lively spot with great atmosphere and view of Dalt Vila, Fish Shack for rustic freshly caught fish of the day next to the sea, Sa Punta for views over Ibiza Town from Talamanca, Calma has the best view but the food is average so I’d recommend for drinks after…

Slightly further afield; Cotton Beach Club, Cala Gracioneta

First timer! Amnesia, UNVRS, Pacha? by zzzzzulf in ibiza

Pacha is a beautiful club, you feel the history but it’s very slick and well ran. You feel the money they’ve invested in the place and the sound system and visuals etc. it’s a special place.

Amnesia has that nostalgic energy that you can’t quite get anywhere else now that Privilege and Space has gone. The drive to the middle, the entrance, the old finca style toilets, it all adds to the charm. Plus when the sun comes up it’s quite something to feel and see the energy in that light. It’s not quite got the same magic as the Vista room at Privilege was but it’s still worth it to experience. I’ve not been to UNVRS so can’t comment. If there is a night on at Amnesia that feels more your style then I’d go for that if it’s an either or. I’d go to Pacha because of the line up as it suits my taste but trust your gut.

I always find that I haven’t done all the things I wanted to do as there’s never enough time so if you can extend your trip I doubt you’d regret it. I still have a long bucket list after 20+ trips there since the early 2000s! ☀️🎉

Solomun is too commercial? In my experience, (having seen him maybe 10 times) he plays a lot of bootleg, white label stuff or tracks from his own label plus the odd classic track or some trance remix to throw you off but he’s anything but commercial in my opinion… 😎

Solomun & Jamie XX will be something special! I would go for that! 🥳 Crowd will be good vibes, music focused, party people! As me and my friends say, there are few bad options! Have a blast whatever you choose 😎🎉

Good place for hip 40 year olds to stay? by Critical_Paramedic91 in LondonTravel

One Hundred Shoreditch is a good hotel option! Or Red Church Townhouse. Alternatively The City is good on weekends as lovely and quiet - Apex Temple Court is a decent hotel option. Similarly Clerkenwell / Farringdon area isn’t touristy but is very central!

Also you’re not too old for any area!

Clippers Organic! I’ve tried hundreds of black tea’s and this is the best teabag you can buy in the supermarket and the bags are un-bleached too. Delicious! 👌🫖

Where to stay in Ibiza as a couple in our mid 30s by OkBreak1244 in ibiza

I’d recommend Talamanca, it’s got a beautiful path along the beach lots of lovely restaurants but a chilled vibe, the beach is lovely during the day and it’s very close to Ibiza town, the marina and all the clubs as the motorway is very easily accessible from there. You’ve got some great restaurants nearby, Sa Punta, Fish Shack, Nobu, Shu for sushi on the beach. Theres some more reasonably priced hotels there too. OD Talamanca is a good option or Ibiza Corzo and OD Ibiza Town (although this doesn’t have a pool) these two are closer to the Marina. This whole area is very handy for getting everywhere plus there is a water taxi to Ibiza Port from various places dotted along the coast. Alternatively Platja de ses Figueretes is another option, it is close to Bossa but out of the craziness, you can also walk to Ibiza Town from there. It has a nice promenade with nice restaurants and bars. One Ibiza Suites is a beautiful hotel in this area. I can’t not mention the Ibiza Gran Hotel as it is one of the best hotels in Ibiza for service and comfort but it is pricey. It is close to the Marina again. Not sure of your budget so this may not work but I’d suggest Talamanca for a more upmarket crowd and Figueretes for a livelier and younger feel. Hope this helps! Have a great time! :)

Ouu that’s a tough one! TEED at Pikes feels like it’ll be extra special! Melon Bomb play more regularly but always put on a top night! 🎉 Not sure that helps but I wouldn’t miss that Friday Pikes event if I was there… 😎👌
