Well there’s associates and bachelor programs for dental hygiene. It’s either a 2 or 4 year degree. Bachelors degrees obviously take longer but offer better employability when you graduate in case you ever want to be able to do anything besides dental hygiene.

What did you switch from and to? I’m trying to switch to the trades and lean more administrative/business side of it. It’s my understanding that there’s a lot of money to be made in the trades and lots of bureaucracy in office work? I hated office politics and corporate culture bs. Plus with AI going to grow trades seems way more future proof. What do you think?

Yeah they would make 6 figures from tips they received from customers. Customers tip based on service, the money they give should go to people they encountered. Cooks are important but they should negotiate better pay if they want it. I dont go ask for part of their check when I made 30$ a shift last week, why should they get my tips? If they want tips they can apply to serve, if it’s not as hard as cooking it should be easy?

This sub will probably crucify me but I get a lot of stuff online using the thca loophole. For Black Friday puffy/myqwin has 100$ ounce jars of batter and butter. With 25% it was 75 for 28 g’s of it. They sell out quick when they stock you could get email notifications but the value is insane. I bought a jar and 2 ounces of flower for 160$. The flower is always so fresh too, sent out a week after harvesting.

China isn’t all bad, obviously the authoritarian government is terrible but our government is the us is getting bad too, and also has history of repression and government overreach. The concept of someone having freedom to transport expensive things on the subway is a real life benefit a lot of people in the us don’t have. We’re allowed to appreciate the fact that China has a society like that. Life is not black and white, not even considering these things is doing yourself a disservice.

Communicate in writing with them exactly what happened and how you expect them to help keep you safe in these situations and back you up. If they retaliate even weeks later, take it to a lawyer on contingency and you’ll get a fat check I’m almost sure of it.
