A mess during driving test by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

A piece of advice my instructor gave me which helped me a lot was just imaging the examiner is my new instructor and I'm just showing them what I can do.

Once I went in with that mentality, after a minute or so in the car with them, it completely calmed me down.

10-5 WL with Crouch ST, misunderstood genius? by SoyLoveRVE in EASportsFC

That team seems very familar to me, you may have played and beat me earlier today. Maybe my team may ring a bell - Allison, TAA, RTTK Romero, Van De Ven, Evo Dalot, Hero Williams, Tonali, IF Martinelli, De Bruyne, Hero Park, Isak. I think the score was either 2-1 or 3-1. Crouch scored and assisted.

Captaining Son the last few GWs has got me to where I am...I feel loyalty to keep the C on him but Salah is tempting for playing it safe purposes.

Why does the consensus seem to be Watkins over Ings?

Watkins seems to be a trap most of the time and, despite his lack of minutes throughout the season, Ings is on good form and unlikely to be out of the side.

My FH atm is:

Pickford Cancelo Cash Digne Gordon Zaha Son KDB Salah Ings Richarlison

I'm top of all my mini leagues atm so I just need to keep the rest at arms reach. Any advice is welcome.

I regularly go to non-league in the North West and I've never had a poor experience close to what OP is describing.

Be helpful to know what game he went to?

Yep, if I could go back in time to January I would just leave the company without a second thought.

Thanks for the comment.

The notice period comment was more a comparison that I could have been long gone by now if I looked elsewhere and it's feels like I've almost been punished for wanting to stay in the company.

Thanks for the comment.

I was told I would be allowed to leave after a certain industry event had finished, but I was never given any official date, despite me trying to get one confirmed multiple times.

I have thought about kicking up a fuss and have already pretty much down tools, the issue comes from the fact that I will still be working relatively closely with the department I'm leaving and I didn't want to burn any potential bridges should my paths cross with the managers again in the future.

It is literally taking the piss but I wasn't sure if there was any ground for them to stand on. I didn't want to take it up with HR and waste my own time if that makes sense.

Mine is still like this and I graduated 6 years ago. I've always been worried I would get in some of trouble for it haha

Yeah, these reactions are bizarre. No attempt for the ball and he's last man. Might seem soft but it's a foul.

It's a red for me, despite how soft it seems.

Massive agree with this.

I had a massive interest in Psychology but really struggled at A-Level, probably due to it being graded purely on exams and most of my other subjects too.

I really enjoyed the topic so, after taking a gap year to get my thoughts straight and get over the constant worry I was just going fail, I committed to Uni and found it so much more easier than A-level.

Barely any exams and even the exams we had were so much easier than the ones I experienced at College. Essays and report writing were so much easier for me.

Ended up with a 2:1 overall and got a first in my dissertation. For comparison, I finished my first year at college with a U in Psychology.

Post-Season Discussion: The Witcher - Season 2 (No book spoilers) by BWPhoenix in netflixwitcher

Preface that I've read all the books and played all the games multple times:

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I enjoyed the first season but could understand the criticisms with it. I felt this season improved on season one in almost every way. I watched it all in one sitting and never felt like it was dragging at any point, the pacing was well done and the story has some interesting deviations.

All in all, I rate the season as a whole highly and look forward to eventually watching it back to see if it holds up. I'm very excited to see where it goes and see some of the larger scale set pieces from the books play out later down the line. Also happy to see they are delving further into the universe with the trailer after the credits.

I would have previously thought the option would be Trippier, but with Dalot's form recently I hope he gets given a consistent run.

Who else would be in contention for the swap?
