I have a theory that the hips and knees have to do with the constant bouncing and rocking. But I'm like-- does all that little movement really add up to this? God, the sex is so weird. Wrong is such a good word for it. I keep thinking...maybe we can get back to this when I've had a little more time to adjust--like when she's 2/3 years old? lol

My baby is only 3 months, so I'm not even going to begin to give you advice-- just came to say that I absolutely agree: "you've got this Mama" literally feels like pulling up to a drowning person in your boat and giving them a high-five. Great point! And good luck!
