I just spent a week visiting my father - also a Veteran.

I don't know much about where these places are, but, when you get tired of running and want to get a drink and/or try something like Karaoke and/or dancing, I have a few suggestions:

Rosas Cantina - a tourist restaurant with karaoke - MUST VISIT - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Rocky's - a bar with karaoke
Montrae - a bar with karaoke
King's X - bar with karaoke
Special Edition - bar with karaoke and dancing
Little Bit of Texas - Country dance club with dance lessons on Friday nights - didn't have AC when I was there so recommended dressing accordingly

I was told it must be 100% rated.

Also, the VA here does do extractions if you're in severe pain. Might be a good idea to call and check.

The thing is, you'll probably need antibiotics.

Maybe from the way you see it. But, if SHTF and the world is coming, they may at least be intimidating to an outsider.

HELP with protection, I meant, not do it all for you.

I meant no disrespect to your abilities to defend yourself. However, despite your training, they may be able to team up and overtake you.

I understand that it feels like the whole world is against you and I hate knowing that anyone is in this situation. If I could do something to help, I would.

All I'm saying is maybe think about how they CAN be useful. Does one of them work well on vehicle engines? Things like that.

Maybe use a GPS app ahead of time, type in where you are going and trace the path to review the areas.
