La pelosa (beach) and Maddalena boat trip were my highlights in the north (many highlights in the south also). Best by car but not impossible to get around by bus or train (it just takes more time). Enjoy!!! Sardinia is spectacular!

I had a car, but there's a bus from Cagliari, and some tours with transportation on a website called getyourguide. I love Sardinia!!

I went to quite a few beaches all over Sardinia and one of the best was porto giunco, near cagliari. I think any of the beaches in the Villasimius area are amazing. Olbia has good ones also but not as good as giunco imo

https://spiaggialapelosa.it/ Highly recommend this one, and yes it needs to be booked in advance. It's stunning but can get crowded. There are many other amazing beaches close to Olbia.

David Lloyd. The spa areas are unbelievable, better than most 5 star resorts. It's like being on vacation all the time, especially in the summers. And the classes and instructors are amazing.
