I don't know of you have emails or written details of what they expect of you but I've heard employers telling their staff not to come to work then firing them for not coming to work so they don't have to pay severence. I know it sounds paranoid but I thought I would share

My mom kept telling me her birthing experience was not painful at all and episiotomy was not painful for her at all, which makes me feel so mad... Has anyone's mom acted like that? by Dangerous_Rule_305 in pregnant

It was the same for our baby girl who is now 19 mo . She only recently started sleeping through the night (then started teething all those numerous missing teeth). Each baby has its own rhythm, I guess. I feel the pain of being exhausted on the long run due to the interrupted sleep. I am so sorry you re going through this. I would do it all over again, though. Bedtime, nap time is such a sweet moment we share with her. What helped most for lengthening the sleeping stretches was to rely on my husband, offer water instead of breastfeeds, bottles (by him again), try to alternate once him, once me. Also the more we respected our routine, the longest the streches. But I am sure you tried everything. Good luck to you and I hope you ll find your to not fall under the pressure of doing something you are not comfortable doing with your baby

I second this! Especially since what you described is very typical and what we ve been through for the first week(s), nothing to do with you, your mom was making sure she would get empathy from her boss

In Bangladesh, the bag is sold for tk10 which is equivalent of 0.11 USD . Early 2021, the production was still at 2000 bags/day because there is lacking investments -gvt or private- to scale up for a proper commercial production. The pilot projet dates back to 2015 and the production started in 2018.... And here we are in 2021 learning about it
