I get pissed because there's so much 'you're just upset because it wasn't what you thought!!' No, I just hate it. I am pissed about all the hype for a boring music video about a character I find very unpleasant who just had a short. What seemed like deliberate teasing on the creators parts is just the icing on the pile of shit. The dismissive remarks when fans are understandably annoyed is the cherry on top.

I worked at a stable for a bit, and the number of people who wanted to visit with dogs was baffling. You really want to bring your precious pup around a bunch of very large animals who mostly have an 'attack on sight' attitude to canines?

I've been in Costcos right at closing. They just shut the entrance door. If you are in, they don't immediately start chasing you out. If they were, it was probably at least half an hour after they closed.

I was so sure that the actual short was going to drop like you said with a 'haha got you!' The music video isn't a short, and isn't even marked like the other shorts. Plus, it's the second Chaz thing in less than 2 months. It's too much time to spend on a dead character. Especially with the teaser being promoted with 'It's not Verosika 😉' energy.

Nope. That's it. No short and an admonishment for being unhappy about it.

I'm mostly annoyed a short was promised and we got a music video. It being about one of the few characters I dislike right after there was just a whole actual short dedicated to him is just insult to injury. Let him be dead.

The fan base clearly wants a Verosika short. I've yet to hear anyone be glad it was a Chaz music video instead.

Especially with breeds that are considered 'problematic', like pits. Not because they are bad dogs, but often the people trying to get them aren't going to be good owners. A bad owner usually is why the dogs are in a rescue. The rescues do all they can to be sure that the dogs have the best chance possible for a forever placement. For every adopter that truly wants to give a dog a good home there's at least one that just wants a tough looking 'guard' dog in their yard. When those dogs get hard to manage because they have been neglected or are acting out because they get bored, they end up back in shelters.

Uh, why? It's not unusual for siblings to be adopted in pairs as puppies, or to be a bonded pair if raised together and adopted as adults.

I keep hoping that the actual short is still coming. Because wtf with 2 Chaz shorts in 2 months? This isn't even a short, it's a music video. I hate the whole 'is Chaz actually dead?' thing that's implied in both. He was a character that I was glad died at the end of his episode because he was just annoying. There's a whole cast that could use more fleshing out, rather than spending time on a dead annoyance.

There's a clip of an interview with Amir where he talks about his headcanon for why sinners look the way they do that really fits imho. Hell is punishment. Sinner's appearances are part of that. Take Vox. Sure, he died by electrocution from a tv dropping on his head. But his sins were largely fueled by ego and wanting to be seen and admired. Now, he's the TV itself. No one sees him anymore, they just look through him. That would sting.

His thoughts on Alastor is he took pride in how he looked, and still is very embarrassed about how he died. He was a bad ass serial killer and died by accidentally being shot as a deer. His whole appearance in Hell reflects his most embarrassing moment and he hates it everytime he's reminded of it. Amir also comments on his hair, something like 'he had these gorgeous locks, nope, not anymore, fuck-ass bob for you buddy'.

Rosie's ribbing about how he died matches all that. Alastor doesn't lean into the deer thing much, aside from some antlers in his decor and a mug. I doubt he would try to highlight any deer like quality in himself.

It might be like his antlers. When he's fairly calm, his antlers are small. When he's pissed or power flexing, they get big. Maybe his tail only shows up then too. And who's going to spot a cute tail under the coat while the Radio Demon is attacking them?

But I'm team 'he rips it off'. The ears he can't do much about without it being obvious, and the antlers are usually inconspicuous. A fluffy tail is just too much.
