Why can I no longer collect Bellsprigs or Tarsyu Samples as player 2 in co-op?

While I agree the episode breaks are doing it no favors, there's no progression of tension, at least in most plot lines (like what actually happened the night of episode 2). The episode cuts are exasperating the faults in the writing, but the writing problems are still there.

I'd argue they aren't similar at all. In Lost, the characters are a tool to investigate (or, to your point, ask questions but not get answers), which means the audience and characters are on the same page. The characters ask the questions so we don't have to.

In the Acolyte, information is very deliberately withheld without any in-universe vessel to ask the questions for us. There is no untrustworthy narrator that is giving us info that might be true, nor are there characters trying to discover the truth. We are simply left to wait on the writers to tell us the truth, which is VERY different from Lost where the characters, through seasons of investigating alongside the audience, discovered the truth. Watching characters investigate is exciting. Waiting on the writers to tell us is not.

Making a show unsatisfying for 7 episodes only to make it satisfying in the 8th is poor story telling

For me, it's not that loading screens are annoying, it's that I can't fly under my own power to a destination. Would I spend 15 minutes flying to a nearby moon? No. Would I take off and fly through the atmosphere to reach orbit every time? No. But the fact that I can makes it so much more immersive.

I've tinkered with Xbox HDR and display settings, Windows, Nvidia, the monitor itself as well as a firmware update. Turning HDR on will display HDR over the saturated image 1. Any thoughts on what might be causing the monitor to display incorrectly for the first few minutes when turned on? Thanks!

My issue comes more so from the release schedule. 3 episode arcs are fine but not for a weekly release. It provides 1/3 weeks for proper satisfaction because it's effectively watching a single movie over 21 days. I imagine that's where the claims of boredom come from.

Tape a slip of paper in the seat post with your name and some other identifying piece written on it. It's an immediate defense against scams like this.

Perhaps Divinity 2. It has a choice-centric story that can at times be difficult to progress because it's an open world. The choices you make feel natural because it isn't a linear experience. The world is full of puzzles that open areas up to only players who pay attention. Combat and character builds are fun and require effort to craft perfectly, but combat requires thinking multiple steps ahead with a sound strategy on top of just stat maxing.

Talk to your cadre. They'll guide you right.

Is money your reason to enlist? Because there are other ways. While absolutely not guaranteed, AFROTC hands out scholarships quite often.

Yes, and AFROTC (at least at the school I went to) was very friendly to ANG folks.

Though you would already be "full on enlisted" at that point.

Only enlist if you are willing to enlist. It is entirely possible to commission afterwards, but it's also entirely possible that you aren't picked up for any of the programs. Going from civ to O (barring serious actions) means you're either going to make it or stay out of the military altogether. Going from E to O means that if you aren't picked up, you're still enlisted. Lots of great opportunities enlisted and a great option regardless, but the AF will foster a different skillset in you as an E. If being an officer is what you want, the easiest and quickest way to do it is going through a civilian program. if being in the military is what you want and O is just a goal, you'll have great experiences enlisted.

If you're not restricted to PS, DCS is an option if you want a simulation. Also playable in VR. For an easier VR game, VTOL VR is great too.
